We do not share or sell our customer list or our list of Keen-to-Read News subscribers to any third party.
When customers place orders online, the information required to fulfil that order is used for order fulfilment and payment purposes.
However, we may from time to time notify you of upcoming books, sales and other Keen-to-Read news we think you might be interested in. However, within these emails, there is a means of choosing not to receive any more.

Guarantee & Returns
We hope you will be delighted with our books, which are produced with care. If for any reason you are not, return them in their original condition within 30 working days, and we will refund your money.
Products are returned at your expense, unless the goods are faulty; in which case, we will refund the cost of the return postage, and of course send you a replacement or a refund for the goods.

Keen-to-Read Books does not recommend that purchasers mail cash for payment of goods. Keen-to-Read Books accepts no responsibility for the theft or loss of mailed cash.
Price, Currency
Prices on this site are in New Zealand dollars (NZD).
We reserve the right to vary prices. However, the price confirmed at the time of ordering will not be changed.
Product prices are given exclusive of delivery costs. Handling and postage costs, on this site, are calculated per order, and not per item. This cost will be added to the price of your order.
Stock Availability
If we are unable to fulfil you order promptly, in the numbers you specified in your order, you may cancel or vary your order by agreement with us.
Cancellation or Changing of Order
If you would like to cancel or change an order that you have just placed, contact us immediately either by phone or email. However, if your order has already been sent, our return policy will then apply.
Provision of Information
The purchaser is responsible for supplying the correct information for payment and delivery.
